Quotes provided are valid only for the period stated in the quote.
Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance by Merchant Machine Tools.
Payment terms will be stated in your invoice or purchase agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but we are not liable for delays outside of our control.
Risk of loss or damage to equipment transfers to the buyer upon shipment or pickup.

5. Returns & Warranties

New equipment may be covered under manufacturer warranties; warranty terms vary by brand and supplier.
Used equipment is generally sold “as-is, where-is” unless otherwise stated in writing.
Returns are only accepted if agreed upon in advance and may be subject to restocking fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merchant Machine Tools is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Losses due to downtime, production delays, or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in dispute.
